About the event
- The event is run by way of submission of a video of the dance which should be between 45 and 60 seconds per dance including introduction music. The same video will be used for the full judging process.
- Under 16’s must have parent/guardians' consent before entering and submitting video entry.
- Videos should be recorded in a suitable location, with correct music and attire.Ensure you have suitable space to dance. It should be a sufficient size for you to move freely and be clear of any obstacles. If you are competing from your home or private residence, any personal items/information should be removed from view. Other precautions should be taken when deemed necessary to help protect your identity and the identity of those around you.
- We expect that all those entering events adhere to the current rules and regulations of Their home country regarding the COVID-19 health and safety issues. The organisers will not be held responsible for any person in breach of their home regulations
- Dancers can enter all dance style groups - Ballroom, Latin and Solo Events
- All events are clearly listed in age groups. For example, Under 10 Years, dancer/dancers must be under the age of 10. When “Open” age groups are listed, usual Juvenile, Junior and Adult age groups apply.The age categories are based on the age of the dancer (oldest dancer in a couple) on the closing date of the event.Adult events are open to all non-Professional dancers.
- By Entering the event you accept to the above terms Entry is £3 per person per dance
- An individual video of each dance (45-60 seconds) with the file named appropriately with dancer/s name/s and event number

- You may place an entry with the video to follow, however, the video should be received by the closing date, and it is your responsibility to submit it on time
